We purchased a weather-resistant ceiling fan for our screened-in patio and contacted “Wired” to install it. Their quote was fair and competitive. Issac, their tech, arrived today and he exceeded our expectations. Used Wired again (they have done work for me in the past) for a ceiling fan job as I have in the past. Called the office and spoke with Lauren, who had a technician here quickly. She was pleasant, efficient, and our interaction was very easy. The technician’s name who showed up was Ward. Ward must train like a Spartan when he isn’t doing work for Wired because this ceiling fan was heavy and 84” in size, and Ward carried it up the ladder and installed it by himself. He was pleasant, professional, and cleaned up behind himself, which was much appreciated. 10 out of 10 I recommend Wired every time for your electrical jobs. I also love that they come with a lifetime guarantee on their work and are licensed, bonded, and insured. I have peace of mind knowing my job is done correctly and is always guaranteed!
