Rob Irwin from Wired was our electrician, and he did an outstanding job installing a new chandelier, two outside light fixtures, changing the switches to each, and also replacing all of our smoke detectors. Called Wired Electric in the morning, and they sent Robin out in about two hours. Robin worked up a quote for two electrical problems I had, as well as to replace all five of my outdoor house lights I had purchased. Once I approved the quote, he got right to work solving the two separate problems I had. Much to my surprise, he moved right on to replacing my outdoor lights. We had off and on rain, but Robin worked through it and completed the job. He cleaned up thoroughly after his work. I never thought he'd get everything done in the same day. I'd highly recommend calling Wired for any electrical work needed. Ask if they can send Robin!

Wired LLC installed Gemstone exterior house lights on our home. While the lights are fantastic and will be a great addition to our house for many years, the real story here is the amazing experience we had with Wired LLC. From our initial estimator, Issac, to the front office folks (Tara and Tim), to the installation team, everything was top notch. Devin, our main installer, was absolutely amazing. He was polite, informative, and kept us apprised of the install status. He was assisted by several others (Justin, Ryan, Nathan, and Issac), as our install provided a few challenges which they elicited our input in order to solve the issue. We highly recommend Wired LLC.

Both Justin and Devin arrived to our home for a lighting fixture install. They were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, locating and fixing an exterior outlet that wasn’t working, recommended and installed a surge protector on our circuit breaker box (why? Because Brunswick County... nuff said). They were so helpful we decided that we should bring them back for new high hats also. I can’t recommend this team highly enough. We just had Wired Electric come out to replace our downstairs LED lights. David and Devin came out for the initial meeting last week and provided options for us. They arrived on time and were extremely personable, explained what we could do, and then also noticed that our generator outside had a warning indicator light on, which I hadn’t noticed. David reset the generator for us and explained what the issue was. We set up an appointment for today, and they were here bright and early to get the job knocked out. They were all extremely nice and professional, cleaned up well after a messy job, and politely worked around both my at-home work and my father-in-law, who has Alzheimer’s. CANNOT say enough good things about these guys, the job they did, and how professional they were. We highly recommend them for your electrician needs without hesitation!
Update July 15, 2025: Just had Justin Sherman come to install a few more of the LED lights. Contacted Wired to get the additional lights done and got it on the schedule in a couple of days. They ended up having an opening and contacted me to see if they could do it today, which ended up being okay. Justin showed up 15 minutes later (love the tracking app they use to show how soon the technician will be at your location), checked on our need, had the required lighting in his van, and got right to work. Very clean and professional! Excellent work just like the first time! It's exciting to see that there are still service companies out there that still deliver excellent service. Will be using Wired going forward for all our electrical needs! Fantastic!

We had Wired install under cabinet lights two years ago. One strip had an issue and they came right out. Justin was nothing but very friendly, explaining the issue and resolving it.
