Left a message for Wired on their website, and they texted me within 10 minutes. We wanted to get a generator hookup installed prior to the impending storm. They said they had an appointment the same day; what luck! David Nanz was the electrician that reviewed what we were needing and provided an estimate within 30 minutes of arrival. The estimate was reasonable, and we agreed on the work needed. This company said they could do the work right then!!! Talk about a New Year’s miracle. David had to run out to get some supplies, returned, and had our generator hookup completed within three hours of arrival. He was honest, competent, and personable while being transparent about the different options we had. I will definitely use Wired again without question. Thank you, David!

Another great job by Wired LLC and sub-contractor H2O Pros Plumbing. My wife and I contracted with Wired LLC, our go-to electrical contractor, for the purchase and installation of a 22kW Generac backup generator. We could not have been more pleased with the results. From office staff who kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way and who made arrangements with Santee Cooper to turn off and then restore our power, to electrical team staff who leveled the installation site, installed a concrete generator pad, bolted down the generator, completed all necessary wiring, and walked us through the Generac’s operation, all work was completed in a professional and craftsmen-like manner.
We were delighted that they sub-contracted the gas installation portion of our project to H2O Pros Plumbing, our go-to plumbing contractor. The work installing the gas line and connecting it to the Generac was also expertly done.
Both Wired LLC and H2O Pros Plumbing staff were professional, pleasant, and friendly throughout. They arrived on time each day, coordinated their schedules so that things proceeded seamlessly, were careful in what they did, and left the job site neat and tidy. The fact that each is owned by a fellow Berkshire Forest resident was a major plus for us, as was the reasonable price charged. We will certainly be using both companies in the future for any repair or upgrade projects that we may undertake.
